CARMEN Commercial aids BlueLock

INDIANAPOLIS (March 10, 2007) Highly Visible Indianapolis startup utilizes Carmen Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. With a strong client base in the Information Technology sector, CARMEN Commercial Real Estate represented new Indianapolis based IT start-up BlueLock, LLC in the acquisition and redevelopment of the company’s first data center, which will also serve as the company’s headquarters.

BlueLock, LLC is one of the only technology firms in the country to deliver hosted computing environments through an infrastructure-as-a-service model. To-date BlueLock has invested $5 million in the formation of the business, rolling out services and establishing a national headquarters.

“We’ve spent the last six months building our first data center, which will also serve as, conducting market research to strengthen our business model and forming strategic alliances with technology vendors, ISPs and data centers across the country,” commented John Qualls, president and chief executive officer of BlueLock. “We now have the financing, operational base, partnerships, experienced team and BETA clients to become a market leader in the emerging infrastructure-as-a-service sector.”
