INDIANAPOLIS (July, 1 2007) – CARMEN Commercial Represents New Life Science spin-off of Carmel, Indiana Medical Information Company. CME Enterprise announced today the relocation of its Carmel, Indiana, Indiana headquarters from its former home within the offices of parent company, DWA Healthcare Communications Group. CARMEN Commercial Real Estate Services, which has been DWA’s outsource commercial real estate provider since 2001, represented CME Enterprise on the procurement of the office located at 550 Congressional Blvd, in Carmel and managed the relocation.
“It would have been difficult, if not impossible, for us to manage the relocation ourselves” said Bill Brooks of CME. Brooks added “it was natural for us to utilize Carmen Commercial Real Estate Services for this project, since the firm has been a key strategic business partner of DWA for years”
