INDIANAPOLIS, IN (December 20, 2009): MarketSphere Consulting had entered into an office lease for space in Indianapolis' highest profile office building, Chase Tower. MarketSphere was founded in July 2002 as the continuing operation of the Anderson Business Consulting group and in 2009 ranked on Inc. Magazine's 500 fastest growing businesses. MarketSphere operates 10 offices located in the eastern half of the U.S.
Carmen Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease terms on behalf of its client, MarketSphere. MarketSphere relocated into it offices on the 47th floor of Chase Tower one year ago, under a sublease agreement also negotiated by CARMEN, which has represented MarketSphere since the firm was formed.
