MarketSphere Consulting Relocates Indianapolis Office

INDIANAPOLIS (February 28, 2009) - MarketSphere Consulting has announced the relocation of its Indianapolis regional office to Chase Tower, located at 111 Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. MarketSphere Consulting opened its Indianapolis office in September, 2003. Carmen Commercial Real Estate Services represented MarketSphere Consulting in both Indianapolis lease transactions, in addition to MarketSphere's office lease negotiations in Pittsburgh and St. Louis.

ProAssurance Utilizes CARMEN for 3rd Project in 10 Years


INDIANAPOLIS (February 1, 2009) - Carmen Commercial Real Estate announced today that it has completed the negotiations with Allen Commercial Group to construct a 30,000 square foot office building that will house CARMEN’s client ProAssurance. “For the past eight years we have counted on Carmen Commercial Real Estate and its Principal, Chris Carmen, to represent our business as a trusted advisor.” said Katie Neville, Vice President, Legal Counsel of ProAssurance. The building is expected to be completed are ready for ProAssurance’ occupancy during January 2009.

Cancer Care Group Selects CARMEN Commercial

INDIANAPOLIS (October 1, 2008) - CARMEN Commercial Real Estate announced today that it has completed the lease negotiations on behalf of Cancer Care Group (CCG) for a 5,000 square foot office facility located on Indianapolis’ Northwest side. CCG is the largest practicing group of radiation oncologists in Indiana; managing fifteen radiation oncology services throughout the state. The facility will house CCG’s headquarters and administrative offices.

The mission of CCG is to offer comprehensive community based radiation oncology services to our patients utilizing state-of-the-art technology within a compassionate and caring environment.
